I want to keep using Creately

    Hi Fernando,

    Thanks for the posting. I think the issue was because you were a new user of the support system so you need to create an account (integration with your Creately account coming soon) for the support system. If you get it to send you a password you should then be able to see your support requests. You'll need to use the same email to view the ticket as you did when sending your request in originally.
