    Thanks for the posting. To cancel you just need to email support@creately.com before the next renewal date and we'll process the cancellation for you.

    In theory.

    So far Creately decided to simply ignore my requests for cancellation. Shady business practice attempting to squeeze out another billing cycle in my opinion.

    Seems like billing is a problem.  I cancelled my subscription a year ago when I discovered I did not like the product.  Now a year later they have billed me anyways.

    And the responsibility is on me to contact them and make them reverse the charge, contact my credit card company, etc.

    I have now stopped renewing the subscription and downgraded you to the Free plan. You should have received an email confirming this.

    Can you please send an email to support@creately.com with the email address you used to subscribe Creately? I can then proceed ahead with the cancellation.

    I cancelled your subscription and confirmed via support desk. I'm sorry that your email didn't come through our support. I can assure that your subscription is cancelled and will not be billed further.Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
