"Last logged in" under "My Team" is inaccurate

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for the post. I will need to check which timezone is used with our product team but I think it is based on New York time. Where are you based? Right now it isn't possible to set a timezone, I think that would be a good idea though. I'll add a suggestion for it.

    We are based primarily in Los Angeles but have users in other time zones.

    Hi Alex,

    I sort some extra feedback for you. I hadn't thought about it but the timezone shouldn't make any difference to the time you see as we display the time since the last login which of course is always recorded and calculated from the same timezone so it should be correct.

    It is worth noting that the last login time shown is the time when the user logged in to / loaded Creately Online, not Creately Desktop or the creately.com website.

    Can you provide a concrete example or scenario when it seems to occur? I will ask our QA team to check this out but if you have an example it will help us locate an issue.

    Hi Alex,

    I have had some further feedback from our QA team. It seems this is an issue that was known about for newly created users. This sounds like the same issue as you have experienced. The issue has been moved to the next bug fix release which is due out in the next month.
