    Hi Dan,

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. At the moment, you can drop an email to support desk in order to cancel a paid subscription. We are also working on implementing the feature to manage user subscription from users' end. However, this may take time as we're continually working on improving user experience of the application. I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
