Since I no longer have the need for the product, I have attempted to end my subscription. To my surprise, there is no reliant way to do so. Instead, one is advised via this forum to send an email to support.
Based on the feedback here it seems like support is more or less reluctant to cancel a subscription and will also bill att will later on, despite a cancellation.
This seems like an extremely poor - or shady - business practice and I would like to firmly let you know that it is unacceptable.
