Sharing Workspaces in the Starter Plan

Starter plan users are restricted to sharing their workspaces exclusively with team members who have been added to their accounts. If you wish to share a workspace with another Creately User, you may add that member to your account by increasing your plan seat count. 

Every workspace, regardless of its creator (including the plan owner), becomes accessible to all members included in the Starter Team plan, without requiring the workspace owner to explicitly share it.

Since all workspaces are accessible to every member within your team plan, you will not have the ability to selectively share a workspace with another team member using the sharing option located in the header section of your workspace. Instead, you will receive a message: "Your plan is limited to team-wide sharing only."

However, kindly note that your team members can locate all the workspaces in the shared organization folder.

The Starter plan does not support maintaining confidential or private workspaces. To maintain such privacy, upgrading to our business plan is recommended.
