If you are attempting to upgrade your subscription via PayPal, received a notification that your payment has been deducted, and yet you are unable to see your subscription from our end, it is most likely that the payment failed to reach us.
One possible reason that you are receiving this notification could be that PayPal has attempted to charge you while pending authorization, but since the transaction failed, the authorization will eventually expire and the charge will be credited back to your PayPal.
The best way to confirm this would be to check your PayPal account to see whether you have received a receipt for the payment or check with them directly.
In the event, you have received the Paypal receipt, yet your account hasn’t been upgraded from our end, please reach out to our support team via email to support@creately.com through your Creately registered email and send them a copy of your receipt to look into further.
On a separate note, if you’re facing any issues with upgrading via PayPal, and haven’t been charged yet, you can always consider using some of our alternative payment methods.
