In certain cases, you may be asked to upgrade to a plan in order to continue using the app even though you have previously upgraded. This can be caused by two issues, which this article will assist you in recognizing and resolving.
1. Cache issues
After upgrading to a Personal Monthly plan or above, if you are still unable to access your work because you are shown the message to upgrade, you could be facing an issue created by your browser cache.
Hence, try clearing the app cache as shown here in our help article on how to clear your cache and continue using the app.
2. Lite plan limitations
If you have upgraded to a Lite plan, another reason why you are unable to continue could be that you have met the Lite plan limitations.
Since this is a plan limitation, you will need to upgrade to a different plan in order to continue. You can follow the steps shown in our article on how to change or upgrade my subscription plan for more information.
