How can I change my password?

You can change your password from within the app or through the password reset flow.

Change the password through the account settings

You can change your password using this method if you remember your password and are able to log into your account.

1. On the left side panel, click the downwards double arrow
2. Select Account
3. Scroll down in the My Account tab to find the Account Email & Password section
4. Click on the Change button
5. Enter the current password and the new password as instructed
6. Click on the Update button

This method is ideal if you have forgotten your password or are finding it difficult to log into your account using the current password you remember.

1. Go to Creately's website
2. Click on the Log In button
3. Enter your email address and click Continue
4. Click on Forgot Password?
5. Enter your email address again and click Next to continue
6. Go to your email inbox, open the reset email you may have received and click on the Change Password button
7. Enter your new password and click the Change Password button
