What are Creately User Privacy Protocols and why do we have them in place?
At Creately, we prioritize User privacy and data protection for all our users as we understand the importance of privacy.
Therefore, we enforce certain regulations and protocols to ensure that our user data protection is being handled appropriately and with the utmost importance.
What must I do as a user to adhere to these protocols?
We urge users who would like to manually reach out to one of our Support Specialists for any assistance with their account management queries, to send in their requests directly from the email registered with us (the email you used when signing up for your Creately account).
If a user does not reach out to us from their registered email, they will be asked to do so by the Support Team to verify the user identity and the account before proceeding with their request.
In the event that the user does not have access to their registered email any longer, the Support Specialist will be required to run additional verification steps before they can proceed with the user’s request.
The Verification Process
This verification process will be done by gathering further information from the user by asking them a series of verification questions which are relevant to their Creately account and workspaces, and this process may take up to 24 hours.
Once the Support Specialist has verified the ownership of the user’s account, only will they be able to proceed with their request accordingly.
Therefore, we strongly urge all users to provide the necessary information to the best of their ability in order to speed up the verification process and proceed with the user’s request.
