When managing your workflows, Creately's navigation panel may help you navigate swiftly within and across workspaces, saving you time that would otherwise be spent accessing different folders and workspaces.
Here is how you can add and organize your workspaces and individual visuals and elements on them in the navigation panel.
Add a description to your navigation panel
You can provide a description that explains what is organized under your navigation panel. For instance, if your navigation panel has links to your HRM data, you may include a brief overview of that here.
- Hover over the 3 dots
- Click on Toggle Edit Mode
- Type the description you would like to add

Headers in the navigation panel
Headers can be used to organize your navigation panel into sections. For example, you can use the Header function to show all the links relating to the Accounts Department in one section and have a separate section for HRM data.
- Hover over the 3 dots
- Click on Toggle Edit Mode
- Click on Add Header to add a new section
- Hover over the 3 dots next to the title of the new section and click on Edit Link
- Type the name of the section you want and select Edit Link again to save the section

Listing sections and workspaces
Select the section on the workspace you want to link under the newly created section or unselect elements on the workspace to link the workspace itself, and then click Add Current Selection.
Move links between headers
You can drag and drop the link to any of the sections listed on your navigation panel.
