The Notification Panel

Creately’s Notification Panel is a place to quickly access and view notifications and updates made to a workspace you have shared or one that has been shared with you.

The Notification Panel is located at the top in the left-hand side Dashboard of the App as shown in the image below. In addition to this, while working on the App, you will receive a pop-up notification on the bottom right corner of the App, with context to what the notification is about.

In order to open and expand the Panel, click on the Notifications Icon as shown in the image above. 

You can double-click on the notification to open the related workspace and view the latest changes that were done to it, such as edits or even comments that were recently posted.

Additionally, changes that you have done to shared workspaces, will appear in your panel as well, without any pop-ups. 

You have the option to mark any of your notifications as read, without having to specifically view them. In order to do this, click on the double-tick icon displayed on top of the panel. You can also mark an individual notification as read by hovering over to the right of the relevant notification in the panel list and clicking the arrow that appears.

Creately also provides the option to choose to receive fewer notifications by toggling on this option located in the notification settings. Refer to the GIF Below to view a detailed list of the notifications that won’t be promoted when this option is selected.
