If you started as a Free account holder, you may have received an email from us requesting to upgrade to a paid plan or may have been locked out from your account restricting access to edit your work.
This occurs when you have surpassed the limitation set for our Free plan.
Most software applications with a subscription model, come with a Free plan. This Free plan allows users to access many of their features and experience the application before they make a commitment to a subscription plan.
While on this plan, you will be limited to certain features and capabilities.
Creately, too, offers a Free plan to users in order for them to explore the app before purchasing a subscription plan.
Free Plan Limitations
You can read about these limitations by expanding the Complete Feature List section on our plans page.
FAQ
Can I delete parts of my work in order to free up more space and work within the limitations?
The system tracks your overall usage history, which includes all items you've added to workspaces, items you've edited, and workspaces you've created since creating the account, as well as the items and workspaces you've already deleted.
Since the system considers all prior data, removing parts of your work or workspaces will not enable you to use the free plan again.
How can I gain access to my account again?
By purchasing a plan as directed to you through the app or by visiting our plans and pricing page, you'll be able to resume your account and enjoy the premium benefits!
If you would like to know more about free plan limitations, you can open a ticket with Creately Support or send an email to support@creately.com
