If you have attempted to purchase or upgrade your Creately account and are unable to do so because your transaction has failed multiple times, you may be restricted from making more payment attempts for up to 15 minutes after your last failed transaction. This is because of the security measures that are in place, to prevent fraudulent online payments.
If you have experienced this, please try again in 15 minutes and you should be able to complete your payment.
