How can I recover a previous version of my work?

With Creately's History Panel feature, you can recover or revert a workspace to an older version in a few simple steps. The History feature not only allows users to go back in time but also lets users create a copy of an older version of their workspace.

Creately utilizes cloud-based storage, which means your work is saved automatically. With the Version History feature now in place, all changes and events that occur in a workspace are saved as different versions, every 5 minutes.

To restore your workspace to an older version

• Open your desired workspace
• On the left side panel, click the downwards double arrow
• Select History
• Select a version to preview
• Click on the Kebab menu (3 dots) shown on the version you want to restore
• Click Restore

To create a separate workspace without restoring, simply click on Duplicate and it will create a new workspace with a copy of the version you have selected as shown in the GIF below.
