With Creately's newest feature, you could recover/revert a workspace to an older version in a few simple clicks. The 'History' feature not only allows users to go back in time but also lets users create a copy of an older version of their workspace.
Creately utilizes cloud-based storage, which means your work is saved automatically. With the 'Version History' feature now in place, all changes and events that occur in a workspace are saved as different versions, every 5 minutes.
To restore your workspace to an older version
- Open your desired workspace
- Click on the 'History' panel in the right-side toolbar
- Select a version to preview
- Click on the kebab menu (3 dots) shown on the version you want to restore
- Click "Restore"

This feature especially benefits team collaboration in numerous ways; it allows teams to track their work by renaming the versions when designing software, wireframes, and systems in Creately.
