In order to seamlessly carry out conference calls and video calls, make sure that you've enabled camera and mic permissions in your browser.
To enable permission on:
Google Chrome
- Click on the 3 dots icon on the top right corner
- Go to Settings
- In the left side panel - click on Privacy and Security
- Click on Site settings
- Under Site settings scroll down to Permissions and select Sites can ask to use your camera as default behaviour
Visit www.creately.com and click on the call icon and you will see a pop-up that asks for permission. Click Allow and you will see your webcam switch on.
Enabling Mic and Camera on Chrome
Safari
- Go to Safari
- Select Preferences
- Click on Websites
- Under the Camera and Microphone Tab select the Ask permissions under Creately
Visit www.creately.com and click on the Call icon located in your workspace and you will see a pop-up that asks for permission. Click Allow and you will see your webcam switch on.

Mozilla Firefox
- Go to www.creately.com
- Sign in to the App
- Open your workspace
- Select the Call icon
- Allow the Camera and Microphone Settings and you will see your webcam switch on.

Microsoft Edge
- Select Microsoft Edge
- Go to Preferences
- Select the Cookies and Site Permissions Tab
- Under the Camera and Microphone Options select the Ask first permissions
