Make sure that you get an image or a screenshot of the error logs that are recorded in red and send them to the Creately Support Team through a Support ticket which will enable us to troubleshoot the issue easily.
How can I get the console error logs from different web browsers?
Here's how you can get the console logs from a few of the most popular browsers:

- Open the Chrome Menu
- Hover over More Tools and select Developer Tools
- Select Console from the top menu bar

- Click Safari and Go to Preferences
