Containerize is a new feature that Creately introduced earlier this year that allows users to easily align, move and organize their workspaces.
When you add shapes inside another shape and want to make sure nothing gets misaligned or goes out of place, you containerize the shape carrying the content.
If you want to once again make the shapes independent and on their own, you can simply decontainerize the main shape.
Please see the below GIF for a better understanding.
How to Containerize a Shape?
- Select the shape you want to containerize
- Click on the three dots in the contextual menu toolbar
- Select ‘containerize’
