Clear Cache on the Desktop App for Windows
If you are a Windows user, follow these simple steps to clear the cache on your desktop app.
- Go to the Local Drive C on your computer
- Go to Users
- Click on your current user name
- Go to AppData
- Go to Roaming
- Delete the Creately folder
- Restart the desktop app
Some of the folders might be hidden in your computer by default, please unhide them before you proceed.
