Collaborating visually has never been easier, especially when you can present your ideas to your team seamlessly in Creately’s workspace. And just when you thought it can’t get any better, Creately delivers!
By the end of this article, you will have a better understanding of the actions a user can perform in the new Creately Dashboard - so your favourite app just got better.
What’s New?
Apart from the elegant (in other words, Awesome) design, a few key features have been introduced to make navigation within the Creately workspace a lot easier.
Personal Users
Personal users will be able to move around the Creately workspace and check out the following panels without having to leave the workspace;
- Recently Edited Workspaces (Continue your work)
- Starter Toolkits
- Featured Templates
- My Workspaces and Shared Workspaces
- Tasks
- History
Team Users
Teams users will be able to move around the Creately workspace and check out the following panels without having to leave the workspace;
- Recently Edited Workspaces (Continue your work)
- Starter Toolkits
- Featured Templates
- My Workspaces, Workspaces Shared with the Team and Workspaces Shared by others
- Tasks
- History
Added Features
Moreover, users will be able to see the following information about their workspaces.
- Workspace name
- Last opened time
- Last edited time
- Workspace status
- Users online (In Teams)
- Notification count. This includes the number of updates that require the user's attention such as comments. (In Teams)
- Call on-going indicator. - A call icon that's animating. (In Teams)
Creating a New Workspace
- Click on Blank Workspace; or
- If you wish to use a template you could click on More Templates or on a toolkit from the Starter Toolkits or select a template from the Featured Templates list
