Adding a Creately Workspace
There are multiple ways you can add a Creately Workspace to Confluence wiki pages and blogs :
Method 1

Go to the wiki page, and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing.

Then select Insert More Content and select Creately Workspace
Click Insert to add Creately App and click Update to publish changes.

- Select Insert More Content and select Other macros
- Search for 'Creately', select Creately Doc, then click on the Insert button.
Editing a Creately Workspace

You'll see Edit Creately Workspace link under each Workspace on your wiki page.

Click on the link to take you to the in-browser document editor. You can then modify your document.

Save your latest version either by giving a new name (optional). Close the document to return to your page.
Deleting a Creately Workspace
There are two ways you can delete a workspace:
Delete a workspace only from the wiki page

To delete a workspace you have to go to the wiki page and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing.

Find Creately macro, Click remove to delete it and save the page again.
Moving a Creately Workspace
At the moment, you can only make a copy of a document. Find the appropriate document you want to move, copy it (by right-mouse click on it) and paste it on the page you want your document to appear and save the page again.
Changing Creately Workspace Macro Settings
The macro can have certain configuration parameters that affect how it is displayed when viewed on the wiki page. The macro parameters and where to put them depends on the version of Confluence you are using. The specific parameters and options are detailed below.
You can use the configuration screen to set up the parameters for the Creately Document Viewer macro.
Parameters
- Width – This is the viewer's macro width in pixels. Default width – 400 Pixels.
- Height – This is the viewer macro height in pixels. Default height – 600 Pixels.
- Align – This is the alignment of the document on the page/blog. Can have values Center, Left & Right. If any other value is given it’s taken as Center.
Changing the Width and Height of a workspace

Documents by default will have a width of 600 pixels and a height of 400 pixels.

To change the width and the height of a document you have to go to the wiki page and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing

Click on the Creately Doc macro and select the Edit button.

The Creately Document macro will open in edit mode.

To change the width/height of the Creately Document, enter the new value in the relevant text field.
Aligning a Creately workspace

The document by default will be placed in the center of the Wiki page.

To align a document to either left or right you have to go to the wiki page and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing

Click on the Creately Doc macro and select the Edit button.

The Creately document macro will open in edit mode.

To align the Creately Document, select the value you want from the Align drop-down menu.
