Make a Workspace Public
Please follow the instructions mentioned below to make a workspace public:
- Open the document you would like to make public
- Click on the Share button on the top toolbar
- Switch to the Collaborator Settings tab
- Select the Public option from the share panel

Note: A Public workspace will only give the rights for others to view but not edit. If you wish to give edit permission, you would need to select a different sharing setting.
If you are planning to embed or share the workspace on a public channel like a blog, Wiki, intranet or social media, it is recommended to make the workspace public.
