Can I use Creately workspaces in Thesis, Research publications, Commercially and more?

The workspaces you create and save on Creately are owned by you. These workspaces could be saved publicly in our Diagram community or privately under premium plans. When you are a Demo User, by default workspaces are saved publicly and will be available to anyone who visits our community. You can make your workspaces private and not shared publicly by signing up for an account with Creately.

However, when you share and/or post a workspace in our diagram community, you grant us and other users of Creately access to use it only as a template, which can be re-published and shared. Here are a few points that are covered in our Terms of Service in relation to the usage of workspaces and other user material in Creately:

• 6.1 - Under Terms of Service, User Material means material (including without limitation text, images, diagrams, documents, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to us for publication on the Website or for use within your diagrams on our Website.
• 6.2 - Cinergix does not claim ownership of User Material, however, by posting User Material to any area of the Website or by setting the User Material to be shared publicly, you grant us and other users of the Website a worldwide, irrevocable (except where the member who owns the User Material is currently on a Premium Subscription Plan), non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your User Material on the Website or in any other existing or future media. You also grant us the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights. We shall not be held liable for any use or disclosure of any User Material.
• 6.3 - User Material must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party (in each case under any applicable law and in any jurisdiction).
