Adding a Creately Document
There are multiple ways you can add a Creately Document to Confluence wiki pages and blogs :
Method 1

Go to the wiki page, and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing.

Then select Insert Other Macros.

Search for 'Creately', select CreatelyDiagram, and click on the Click to add Creately diagram button to be directed to the in-browser Creately editor.
OR
Search for 'Creately', select CreatelyDiagram, then click on the Insert button.
You'll be then directed to the wiki page to continue editing. Once you save the wiki page, you'll see the Click to add Creately diagram button on your wiki page. Click on this button to go to the in-browser Creately editor.
Method 2

Go to the wiki page, and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing.

Start typing {crea.... As you type, you'll see a drop-down menu from which you can select CreatelyDiagram. Once you select CreatelyDiagram, you'll be directed to the Insert Macro window.

You can then click on the Click to add Creately diagram button to go to the in-browser Creately editor.
OR
You can click on the Insert button. You'll be then directed to the wiki page to continue editing. Once you save the wiki page, you'll see the Click to add Creately diagram button on your wiki page. Click on this button to go to the in-browser Creately editor.
Editing a Creately Document

You'll see Edit diagram link under each document on your wiki page.

Click on the link to take you to the in-browser document editor. You can then modify your document.

Save your latest version either by giving a new name (optional). You can also enter optional comments about the changes.
Deleting a Creately Document
There are two ways you can delete a document :
Delete a document only from the wiki page

To delete a document you have to go to the wiki page and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing.

Find the appropriate {CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro, delete it and save the page again.
OR
Click on the {CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro and select the Remove button.
Delete a document including its attachments

You'll see a Remove Diagram link under each document on your wiki page.

Click on the link to delete the document and all its versioned attachments (PNG and XML files) from the server.
Moving a Creately Document

To move a document you have to go to the wiki page and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing.

Find the appropriate {CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro for the diagram you want to move, cut it and paste it on the place you want your document to appear and save the page again.
Changing Creately Document Macro Settings
Creately for Confluence includes the Creately Document Viewer for viewing your documents inside the wiki pages. The document viewer is added to a page through a Confluence macro. The macro can have certain configuration parameters that affect how it is displayed when viewed on the wiki page. The macro parameters and where to put them depends on the version of Confluence you are using. The specific parameters and options are detailed below.
You can use the configuration screen to set up the parameters for the Creately Document Viewer macro.
Parameters
- Width – This is the viewer's macro width in pixels. Default width – 400 Pixels.
- Height – This is the viewer macro height in pixels. Default height – 600 Pixels.
- Align – This is the alignment of the document on the page/blog. Can have values Center, Left & Right. If any other value is given it’s taken as Center.
- InteractiveViewer – if InteractiveViewer is set to “Enabled” Creately Document will be displayed on the page/blog using Creately Player. If InteractiveViewer is set to “Disabled” Creately Document will be displayed in the page/blog just as an image.
- BackgroundColor – This is the hexadecimal color code for the Creately Player background color of the document.
Changing the width of a document

Documents by default will have a width of 600 Pixels.

To change the width of a document you have to go to the wiki page and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing

Find the appropriate {CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro and double click it.
OR
Click on the {CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro and select the Edit button.
The Creately Document macro will open in edit mode. Your document's current macro settings will display on the top left side of the edit macro window.
To change the width of the Creately Document, enter the new value in the Width text field.
Changing the height of a document

Documents by default will have a height of 400 Pixels.

To change the height of a document you have to go to the wiki page and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing.

Find the appropriate {CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro and double click it.
OR
Click on the {CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro and select the Edit button.
The Creately document macro will open in edit mode. Your document's current macro settings will display on the top left side of the edit macro window.
To change the width of the Creately Document, enter the new value in the Height text field.
Aligning a Creately document

The document by default will be placed in the center of the Wiki page.

To align a document to either left or right you have to go to the wiki page and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing

Find the appropriate {CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro and double click it.
OR
Click on the {CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro and select the Edit button.
The Creately document macro will open in edit mode. Your diagram’s current macro settings will display on the top left side of the edit macro window.
To align the Creately Document, select the value you want from the Align drop-down menu.
Changing Interactive Viewer Option for a Creately Document

Documents by default will have the Interactive Viewer enabled for them.

To disable the Interactive Viewer option you have to go to the wiki page and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing.

Find the appropriate {CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro and double click it.
OR
Click on the{CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro and select the Edit button. The Creately Document macro will open in edit mode. Your document's current macro settings will display on the top left side of the edit macro window. To disable the Interactive Viewer option, select the Disabled from the InteractiveViewer drop-down menu.
Changing the background color of a document

Documents by default will have the background color light gray - #EEE.

To change the background color of a document you have to go to the wiki page and select the Edit button. The page will open for editing.

Find the appropriate {CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro and double click it.
OR
Click on the {CreatelyDiagram:ID} macro and select the Edit button.
The Creately Document macro will open in edit mode. Your document's current macro settings will display on the top left side of the edit macro window.
To change the background color of the Creately Document, enter the new value in the BackgroundColor text field.
