Trials are great things and allow prospective users the opportunity to try the full suite of a service or application unimpeded. There can be limited trials which still might limit some functionality e.g. only converting the first 2 minutes of a video to a new format. There can also be full trials which gives complete access without any limit.
The availability of trials for Creately varies by the edition of Creately. There are times when we provide trials, but if we don't you can often try the app without the need for a trial using the online demo or the public/free plan. I'll go through the editions below:
Creately Online, Creately Desktop and Creately for Google Apps
Generally trials are not available, but we do allow when it makes sense. So please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a trial explaining why you need it along with the number of users testing the app and the size of the organization, and we'll consider each case individually. Usually, the trial period will be 30 days.
Often you'll find you don't need a trial. Pretty much all the features included in the premium plans are part of the public plan, the major difference being premium plans allow private diagrams to be created. So if you just need to test the diagramming functions you can try the demo or sign up with your email address for an account.
Creately for Confluence or JIRA
We offer a 30 day trial. This is available through the Creately for Confluence listing page or the Creately for JIRA listing page on the Atlassian Marketplace or by installing the plugin through the UPM inside your Confluence or JIRA instance.
After the Trial
After you've completed your trial you can visit the plans page to check the pricing and make a purchase.
