If you try to login using a Google Apps account that is associated with a Google Apps for Business or Education edition you may receive the error message:
Currently this single sign-in feature is disabled for the domain <example.com>.
Return to creately.com.
This is caused by a setting within the domain admin settings that prevents the domain users from authenticating using OpenID against 3rd party websites.
It is possible for the setting to be changed by the domain administrator following these steps:
- Go to “Manage this domain” while logged into your Google Apps dashboard.
- Go to “Advanced tools.”
- Click “Federated Login using OpenID.”
- Check “Allow users to sign in to third party websites using OpenID,” and save your settings!
Once done the authentication will work without problems.
