When using Creately for Confluence and Creately for JIRA it is possible to browse the Creately Community and use templates from the community to speed up your diagramming and to get inspiration. If you run your Confluence or JIRA installation from behind a firewall then access to these templates is normally restricted. In order to allow your users to browse and download from the Creately Community, you should allow the following URLs to be accessed through your firewall.
- http://creately.com/diagram-combrws/* - This is what is used to access the community from plugins. A URL may look something like http://creately.com/diagram-combrws/all/examples/0/12/
- http://creately.com/jupiter/messagebroker/communityamf - This is used to import a workspace from the community once it is selected.
- https://s3.amazonaws.com/creately-image-uploads/* - This is the location images are saved for diagrams and will be accessed when importing a template. A typical URL can be quite long.
- http://creately.com/diagram/example/* - This must be opened if the user has to see a workspace before importing. All thumbnails have a View button which will take the user to Creately.com to view the workspace.
Note: URLs 1, 3 and 4 are just the base URL and are often much longer.
