How do I transfer a Creately Desktop license to a new machine?

    Hello,

    I have the same problem. I uninstalled the program without removing the license. Is there any other option (maybe release the license through online user profile)?

    Hello to Nick,

    I can not removes the license from my previous account, because it has been uninstalled without nothing...

    I re-download the Creately Desktop but it seems the old environment still holding license.

    Please, advice me what I need to do.

    Thanks for the post and sorry for the delay response. In a scenario like this, you will have to contact us through support@creately.com with your account details. We can then re-set the license for you.
