How do I transfer a Creately for Confluence or JIRA license between people?

If you need to transfer a Creately for Confluence or Creately for JIRA license between admins or owners within your organisation you should follow these steps:

1. Make sure that the new license owner has a Creately account. They should visit Creately and click the Login button and then sign up to create an account. They need an account so the license can be associated with it.
2. Contact support@creately.com to request the license transfer. Remember to include the license details and the new and current owners of the license, it can be very helpful if both people are included on the email. We will then update our record of the license.
3. Once the update our end has been completed we'll notify you and the new user will be able to login to their Creately Profile page and the license will appear listed there.
4. The new owner should now open the Creately plugin config page and update the owner email and password and refresh the license. Once updated the license in the plugin will have the new details.
