If you are having issues with activating or syncing Creately Desktop please try the following to make sure that you system is able to reach the Creately servers without issues.
Please visit these two URLs:
https://creately.com/ping/status.xml - This should return the following XML:
<?xml version="1.0"?> <ping> <status>connected</status> </ping>
https://creately.com/jupiter/messagebroker/desktopamfsecure - This should show a blank screen.
