Has your Creately Desktop been telling you that you don't have internet even you actually are able to browse the net and do other internet activities? You have some troubleshooting options you can try.
- If you are on Windows (any version), open Internet Explorer and in the File menu make sure the Work Offline option is not selected. Due to a bug in Adobe AIR this causes internet not to be available within AIR applications.
- Make sure you are not behind a proxy server. In case you are see this post to understand how to use Creately Desktop behind a proxy server.
- Make sure you are not behind a firewall that is blocking Creately Desktop from reaching it's servers. Firewalls can be on your PC or setup in your network. If you are not sure how to resolve this, contact your administrator or contact Creately Support (firstname.lastname@example.org)
