Sometimes you will be editing a diagram and then go to save it and it just won't save. This is very frustrating and can yield multiple error messages. What happens is that very occasionally Creately can loose the connection to our servers. We do a lot to make sure this doesn't happen and try to restore the session automatically if we detect it has happened. However sometimes this isn't possible.
You can manually force Creately to create a new session by pressing Ctrl+F8 which puts Creately to sleep. Once asleep you can press the wake up button and wake Creately up. This forces the session to restore and the connections to our server.
If this still doesn't work please try opening a new tab and making sure the Creately.com website says you are logged in, check the top right hand corner of the web page.
