You can reset your Creately account password by visiting: https://auth.creately.com/v1/password/request-reset which will send you an email to set up a new password. If you have not received the email yet, please try the following:
- Revisit: https://auth.creately.com/v1/password/request-reset and request a new password reset
- Check your SPAM folder to make sure the password reset email was not marked as spam
- Try clearing your web browser cache and then request a new password
