Direct App Users
We provide all your invoices and receipts online.
On your renewal date, you will receive a copy of your invoice via email to the email address you provided to Creately upon registration, as well as any email addresses you have added as Billing Contacts. However, if for some reason you cannot see a copy of the invoice in your mailbox, you may find it in your spam folder.
Alternatively, you can find the invoices saved in your account under the Invoices tab you will find in the Billing Information section.
Similarly, Plugin users are also able to find their invoices under the Invoices tab in the Billing Information section if they have not received the invoice via email.
