We provide all your invoices and receipts online. You will receive a copy via email to your email address which you have provided to Creately upon the registration. However, if for some reason you don’t see a copy of the invoice you may find it in your spam folder.
Alternatively, you can find the invoice online under your account. Please visit: https://creately.com/account/user/profile#purchase to see previous invoices and current payments on the bottom of the page.
Plugin Users
For Plugin users if you did not receive invoices via emails, you can visit to your account and under purchase details you can see the previous and current month’s invoices.
