Delete a user comment
I added a "Comment" to a drawing. I was testing the "Comment" feature to see how it works. I tried to delete the comment; however, there does not seem to be any way to delete the comment.

let other beta users invite colleagues... or no collab. here
if Creately is for collaboration, I can't collaborate if my colleagues haven't been invited to the beta phase...
Status: completedNow you can invite anyone to share and collaborate on your diagrams with Creately. Simply add a collaborator, and if the new collaborator is not a Creately user - he will get an email inviting him to join and work on your diagram.

Save feedback
I didn't get a confirmation from the save icon. Adding a pop-up or some other non-intrusive message of success would be good.
Status: completedYou'll notice a * before the filename in title tab of your diagram when there are unsaved changes. Upon a successful save, the * does away... and thats a sure sign that your diagram is saved.

Add more templates - especially for education

Remember loaded object libraries
Loaded object libraries should be remembered from session to session.
Status: completedThanks for the suggestion Kos. We currently remember the libraries used when creating a diagram and always reload these when you re-open that diagram.
However, I believe you're looking for a feature like "Favourite Libraries" which are always loaded when a user logs in. Great Idea.

Add comments to the objects
I think it would interesting the possibility to add comments to the objects. For example, I am doing a flow chart diagram. One of the "Decisions" objects is called "Enter parameters". I would like to add a note specifying wich parameters are necessary. This kind of notes will ... more
Status: completedThanks for that comment. Creately already supports comments on objects. Simply click on an Object and comment on it in the Comment Panel on the right side.
Everytime someone comments on an Object - you will notice a little yellow post-it attached to the object.
Click on the yellow Post-it to see the comments in the right hand Comments pane.

allow Unicode text. Org chart with incorrect names is not good

Include more fonts!
Those supplied are not enough! Maybe even some styling beyond the usual, e.g. Word Styles or some type of CSS

Include support of non English characters and accents
Support UTF-8 character set so we can use foreign accents and international keyboards.
For example: "ótimo". I can't use the "´" with my keyboard on the chart labels. On other applications I can just type "´" followed by "o" to make an "ó".

Create weblink/URL KObject with user defined hyperlinks.
Would love to see a WebPage/URL KObject in the UI/Sitemap Object set. It could be a simple icon with an embedded user-defined link, that opens up the URL in a new tab. Would be better if the KObject could be a small screenshot of the weblink.

Add hyperlinks/hotspots
It would be great to "explode" an object on diagram to drill down into another diagram or an external web page.
Status: completedWe've got good linking going between diagrams as well as to external webpages. Links can be added to any object thru the Data & Smarts panel on the right of the drawing canvas.
We've put together a 2 min video to demonstrate adding hotspots and hyperlinks to your diagrams.

Line thickness shouldn't scale with objects
When using the UI objects such as the box or image placeholder, the line for the border should stay the same width no matter how big it gets. In the real world (and in most graphics apps) you don't need a thicker pen to make a bigger box. There should at least be an option, or a way to adjust lin... more

Get the mouse scrolling working
It's really painful to have to drag the scrolling bar in order to scroll up or down in any of your scrolling widget. I think that having the mouse wheel working would increase the efficiency of your application

Fix connector / object display order
A "move to front" or "move to back" function - the defaults don't look great
Status: completedWe already support Move to Front / Back. These functions are available on the Contextual toolbar of each object on the drawing canvas.

Add a "Tweet This Drawing" button to the Share panel.
Nothing fancy, just need a way to link Creately account to Twitter account and then you can "Tweet This Drawing" from the share panel.

Make landing page preview image clickable
The preview image at: http://creately.com/ is too small to make out the details so I intuitively clicked it with the assumption that a version that hadn't been resized would appear, no luck. :)

Remove the white background on the connector labels
Status: completedWe looked around for different options here and have introduced a simple fix - we have reduced the size of the Text background so it doesn't get in the way of your connectors
