support scroll-wheel on mac

We're done this, but are still getting complaints from users of OS X 10.6 - our copy is in the mail, so the minute we get it we'll fix this up.

Confirmed to still have the same "always scrolls down" issue using Safari 4.0.3 with Mac OS 10.6.1.

this is still not fixed :( trying to scroll up and down or left and right with touchpad is impossible. You can scroll down, but thats it.
