have a Share function in which the diagram can be embedded
Embed code for blogs, websites, etc. for a diagram?
Status:
completed
We've got this done.
Over on the Share Panel, simply publish for diagram (for a shareable web-link to a JPEG image of your diagram), then click EMBED Image - this will give you the HTML code to add to your blog, website or Wiki. Simply copy and paste.
We've taken the liberty of adding a couple of extra features that let you:
- Choose the size of the embedded image
- Choose to include a link back to the editable Creately diagram. But only authorised users will be able to edit it.

Thanks Patrick. I agree with you on that one. I think a simple static widget would suffice for now that can be easily embedded into a webpage. This should include a login link - so if you have rights, the diagram opens up in Creately for you to edit it.

You could go 2 ways here:
Either you think it is published so no changing.
Or you think it should mimic this site: If you're logged in and you are a recognized user of the diagram than you can change it.
I would opt for the first. If they need it changed then they can publish a new version. Maybe add a login link for ease of use
