Issues resetting a password often arise when you are already logged in to Creately through a OpenID service like Google Apps or Google Account when you try to perform the reset.

If you are having issues resetting your password please try these steps:

1. Visit http://creately.com/logout
2. Visit https://creately.com/forgotten-password and enter the email address you registered with Creately
3. You will receive an email with the reset link, click the link 
4. Choose a new password and you should be all done.
