Problems? Some initial trouble shooting tips

If you have been experiencing issues with Creately Online the following steps may help resolve the issue.

  • Logout of the Creately website - visit: http://creately.com/logout to complete the logout.
  • Close the browser tab/window showing the Creately.com website and empty your web browser cache - there are different ways to do this depending on your web browser, please refer to the browser help for more details.
  • Check you have the latest version of Adobe Flash player - Visit: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and make sure the version you are using is the latest for your browser and operating system.
  • Login to Creately again - visit: http://creately.com/ and click the login button in the top right hand corner to login again.
  • Load Creately again - Click the "Creately" button in the top right hand corner after logging in to the website.
