Can you give any more details? In particular; Are you able to login to Creately Online? and have your purchase a Creately Desktop license?

I STILL CA NOT LOG IN!!! I've been trying for days. what happens now that I have paid for it.

Did the password reset, available here: https://creately.com/forgotten-password not work for you? Are you receiving the reset email? Do you receive any messages when you enter a new password?
